Valued Views Survey is now live!
Our Valued Views Survey is now open until Monday 30th November. For the next few weeks, we will be accepting completed surveys from people we support to learn about their experience of our organisation and how we might improve our services. We’re excited to hear from a wide range of people we support as their feedback helps us to be the best support provider we can.
Please note: we are in the process of posting surveys to services, but we also have a Valued Views Digital Survey that you can complete with people you support and email to customer.care@creativesupport.co.uk.
If you’d prefer to fill in the paper copy, you should receive it in the post soon. Please return your completed surveys in the freepost envelopes before the survey closes on Monday 30th November.
