We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service for our tenants and the people we support but we’re always keen to hear suggestions from our service users and their families and from our staff and partners.

We would love to hear your feedback about our services. All of your feedback is regularly reported to our Board of Executives as actions for learning. You can give us feedback in a number of ways:

Housing Complaints

The Housing Ombudsman Service published a new Complaint Handling Code for landlords in July 2020.

Creative Support have self-assessed ourselves against the new code and can confirm that we are compliant.
