Creative Support’s new national co-production centre in Manchester, they will be hosting key events and activities throughout the year. The centre aims to provide an inspirational and inclusive space for the Creative Support community. We invite you to join us as a Creative Together member so you can make the most of our centre and have a say in how it is run.

The Liverpool Light (Liverpool)
The Liverpool Light service is a preventative out-of-hours mental health crisis service, open from 6pm – 12am, 7 days a week. It has been set up to provide a safe place for people who are experiencing or at risk of a mental health crisis.

Rose Buddies Community Service (Wokinghham)
Rose Buddies is a community support service for adults with Learning Disability, who receive little or no statutory support services and live in the Wokingham Borough.

The Courtyard Café (Horsforth, Leeds)
The Courtyard Café opened in July 2012 as a Community Interest Company (CIC). The enterprise was initially developed as a partnership between Creative Support, a not-for-profit social care provider and Leeds City Council.
