Congratulations to all of our most recent winners:

Gold Award

Dotun Adesanya, Support Worker – County Durham

Dotun provided reassurance to the gentleman, making relevant calls to get processes kickstarted. Dotun also contacted our Out of Hours Team and the local On-Call Service to make sure all procedures were followed correctly.

After his sleep shift, Dotun went out of his way to visit and update the gentleman. Dotun stayed with him and provided calm, gentle support to help him through this tough time. Dotun went above and beyond to ensure the person he supports received the best possible outcome, demonstrating a caring and compassionate approach.

Ryan Murphy, Team Leader – Morecambe

Ryan embodies the ‘We Care’ values in everything he does. He creates a warm, comfortable environment for everyone at his services, and helps people develop their independence and feelings of empowerment. Ryan is extremely caring and always does what he can to support those around him.

On Christmas day, Ryan dressed up as Santa Claus to visit all nine services, creating a magical experience for everyone involved. Everybody was overjoyed to see Father Christmas, and even gave him a big hug! Ryan is a fantastic example of a team leader.
