Our Service Standards

Creative Support makes the following commitments to all our tenants

To provide excellent quality housing with a responsive repairs service
To provide the highest standard of service possible with the resources available
To have courteous and well-trained staff who provide effective customer service
To provide information in plain language
To respect tenants rights to privacy and confidentiality
To ensure staff and contractors conduct themselves well in your home
To provide safe homes, for example by ensuring that gas safety checks are carried out on time
To encourage feedback and involvement from tenants
To acknowledge complaints within three working days and to respond to complaints in line with our Complaints Policy

Advice and Support

We are here to help you. If you need to contact us then please follow these simple steps to make sure you get the help you want.

First speak with a local member of staff as they may be able to help directly.

If staff are unable to help on site, they can contact Head Office and be asked to be put through the right department.

If you feel like your issue isn’t being dealt with by local staff you can contact Head Office directly and they can help put you through to the right department 0161 236 0829
