Managing Stress

This month, we’re thinking about stress and how to manage it. Stress is what you feel when you are worried or feel uncomfortable about something. It could be in any area of your life, including worries about your relationships, your work or your money. Sometimes all you need is to be able to breathe a little.

Everyone feels stress at some point in their lives. A little bit of stress can be a good thing, as it helps us to focus and get things done, but it is useful to learn how to manage stress so it doesn’t build up and leave you feeling out of control.

In our 2024 Journal, there is a page for you to write down and organise your worries. The journal also offers some techniques such as meditation to help you get back on track when everything becomes a bit too much.
