Project Manager
We are looking for a progressive, experienced Mental Health Manager to lead our Supported Living Mental and Physical Health Recovery Service in Liverpool, supporting up to 26 adults and overseeing our community Outreach team. You will guide a committed team of Recovery Support Workers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred recovery and rehabilitation support.
In this leadership role, you will ensure the smooth and effective running of the service, provide strong staff direction and maintain a positive, inclusive environment where people can build independence, confidence and meaningful community connections. You will work closely with local professionals and agencies to deliver holistic, wrap‑around support and champion service user involvement at every stage of their recovery journey.
We are seeking someone warm, compassionate and able to build trusting relationships based on empathy and respect. You will bring a solid understanding of recovery principles, mental health legislation and safe practice, along with the ability to engage people in purposeful activities and collaborative planning. Confidence in managing medicines safely is essential.
This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours) worked flexibly on a rota including evenings, weekends and public holidays. We welcome applications from candidates with caring or family responsibilities and will consider part‑time arrangements.
