We are seeking to recruit a professional office administrator to join our administration team on a part time basis. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a busy office environment and who shows proficiency in the following areas:

 

  • Filing, Scanning / archiving documents.
  • Timesheets (collating timesheets / submissions / chasing)
  • Updating & maintaining spreadsheets
  • Generating Analysis from data provided
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Answer and transferring calls professionally
  • General office duties as and when required

 

We are looking for a candidate who has experience within an administrative role, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to use their own initiative. Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and MS office are also desirable.
