Support Worker
Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our team in Bradford to provide quality care and support to individuals with mental health support needs.
Your role will include:
– Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concerns
– Working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to the individual needs of the service users
– Helping service users to develop recovery focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration
– Respecting the service users’ right to privacy, ensuring that their dignity is maintained at all times

No Previous Experience Needed
We provide all of your training as you begin your new career in care, including the opportunity to work towards earning your QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. All employees have access to our training system where, through a combination of in person and e-learning courses, you can learn the skills required to develop in your role and progress toward senior roles.
Must be able to drive with a UK licence.
