Are you a person we support who would like to make a difference?
Do you have ideas about how Creative Support could be even better?
Do you want to share your experiences and help influence the important decisions which are made by our Board of Trustees?
Would you like to work with other people we support, tenants, and staff to make a difference at the highest level?
If so, you could become a member of the Creative Collective!
The Creative Collective is a group of people who come together to share ideas, give feedback to the Board of Trustees who run Creative Support, and help shape the organisation’s future.
The group will help make sure that the voices of people we support and tenants are heard when important decisions are being made at the highest level.
What will it look like?
We’re looking for up to 12 members to help shape the future of the Creative Collective.
The Collective will meet twice this year, with one meeting in the North and one in the South to make it easier for people to take part.
Each meeting will include:
- Information shared in advance to help you prepare
- Discussions on important topics
- Time to meet and get to know other members
What will you do?
As a member, you will:
- Share your ideas, views, and experiences
- Talk about what’s working well and what could be improved
- Work with others to develop ideas and recommendations
- Discuss issues that matter to people we support and tenants
- Help influence decisions made by Creative Support’s Board of Trustees
- Occasionally provide feedback to the Board, Executive Team or Head Office teams
You don’t need any qualifications or previous experience. We are looking for people who are interested in how decisions are made at Creative Support, are willing to share their experiences, and can listen to the views of others. We can also provide tailored support to help you take part.
When do the meetings take place?
South Group
The first meeting for the South Group will be held in December 2026
North Group
The first meeting for our North Group will be held in January 2027

How to Register Your Interest
The deadline to submit your applications is Wednesday 11th November 2026, so make sure you enter before then!
