Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality, person-centred support to older people and clients with a learning disability, mental health needs and dementia. The support we offer is tailored to the individual person’s needs and encourages independence and community engagement.

 

We are seeking a driven, productive and highly organised individual to be responsible for assessing the quality of the services we are delivering, and to identify areas for further development and quality improvement.  You must be flexible and reliable with an excellent eye for detail and ensure 100% CQC compliance in all relevant areas. We are a local provider employing a diverse team of over 150 well-supported staff to deliver great services in Brent and Harrow.

 

The role will mainly focus on our 6 Extra Care and 2 Supported Living services in Brent and Harrow, which provide support to older people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and dementia. You will also be required to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders and assist our services in other areas of London as and when required.

 

We are seeking a driven, highly organised professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence in social care. The ideal candidate will bring direct experience in coordinating quality improvement or turnaround programmes. A strong auditing background in care or similar is desired, as you will be responsible for leading robust monitoring and ensuring 100% CQC compliance across our extra care and supported living services. We need a proactive ‘hands-on’ leader who can coach staff, analyze complex evidence to improve practice, and act as a champion for innovative, person-centered care.
