Resolving sign-in issues with org.uk accounts

If you are unable to sync your inbox with your creativesupport.org.uk account, this appears to be due to a change in settings by the email provider that isn’t updated automatically on Blue Mail. You can easily amend this setting yourself however by following this short guide:

From your inbox, select the three dots icon in the bottom-right corner

Select “Accounts”

Select your email account

Select “Edit Account”

Select “Incoming/Outgoing Settings”

Ensure the “Security” tab is set to “STARTTLS” and select “Next”

Ensure the settings are the same as here (aside from “Username”, which should be your own email address), and select Next
