Support Worker
We are recruiting Support Workers to provide high‑quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities across our community and supported living services in Northamptonshire.
We are looking for calm, resourceful and energetic people who bring motivation, reliability and a genuine commitment to helping others. In this role, you will deliver person‑centred support in all areas of daily life, encouraging individuals to take part in community activities, build confidence and maintain their independence. You will communicate positively, engage meaningfully and demonstrate unconditional positive regard at all times. Working within a positive behaviour support framework, you will develop your skills, take responsibility and grow as a confident practitioner, contributing to a supportive and consistent team culture.
Although experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential. If you have the right values, compassion and enthusiasm, we encourage you to apply and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.
