As a support worker you can support adults with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities to live their best lives. The successful candidate will engage with service users and build trusting, therapeutic, relationships.
The role includes spending 1-2 hours with service users, helping them to socialise and assisting them with personal care and administering medication. You will offer emotional support in accordance with their individual support plans, helping service users to achieve their goals. The support role will also include helping with daily living tasks and helping individuals to get into work and volunteering.
We have both full time and part time hours are available, to be worked flexibly on a rota to include days, evenings and weekend.
