Female Support Worker
Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently looking to recruit support workers at our Burnmill Road service, Leicestershire.
We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and energetic individuals who are well motivated and keen to join our friendly team at our Burnmill Road Learning Disabilities Service.
This service delivers support to individuals with a wide range of needs. With a high level of support needs, there is a waking night requirement. Burnmill Road is for young adults where we support them through their day-to-day lives, emotionally whilst assisting their development of valuable life skills.
Support Worker Duties:
- Provide respectful and dignified personal care,
- Financial support,
- Supporting with housekeeping, cleaning and cooking etc.,
- Work flexibly to cover the rotas as needed,
- Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.
You will be required to work in a flexible manner on rota which includes evenings and weekends. It is expected that all staff work a fair share of weekend and Bank Holidays.
