Next up in our Year of Living Well, this month we’ll be focusing on how to keep our hearts healthy. Your heart is your body’s powerhouse, pumping eight pints of blood around your body and beating around 100,000 times a day!

It is very important to look after your heart. Heart disease is one of the most common causes of death in the UK, responsible for around 66,000 deaths in the UK each year. Eating well and exercising are key to looking after our hearts, and even something as simple as using herbs and spices instead of salt when cooking can make a difference! Across socials this month we will be sharing more tips on keeping your heart healthy.
