COVID-19 Autumn Booster Vaccination Claim Form
Creative Support has fully mainlined its strong support for the government’s Covid-19 vaccination programme since it was first introduced in December 2020. We continue to encourage and support all employees to get their Covid-19 vaccinations. As a health and social care provider all our employees are eligible to receive their Covid-19 vaccinations, this includes when periods when the vaccination programme is not open to the general public.
In August the government confirmed that people aged 65 years and older), residents in care homes for older people, and those aged 5 years and over in a clinical risk group and health and social care staff will be offered another booster of coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccine this autumn. Therefore all our employees are eligible to book a booster vaccination from Monday 11th September 2023 onwards.
You can have your seasonal booster (autumn booster) if it’s been at least 3 months since you had your previous dose. If you have not had a 1st or 2nd dose of the Covid-19 vaccine yet, you should have them as soon as possible.
As before we strongly encourage you to get you an autumn booster to not only protect yourself but your family, friends and the vulnerable adults you support.
We are delighted to announce that we have made the decision to offer a payment of £50.00 for the Autumn 2023 Booster vaccination for our contracted staff
Relief/Bank Workers are unfortunately ineligible for this vaccination benefit but we welcome any Relief/Bank Workers who would wish to apply for a contracted role.
Important: We will require evidence of your vacation dose before payment can be made.
For anybody who wishes to forgo the vaccination payment Creative Support will make a one off £50.00 donation to a UK based registered charity who are committed to helping those severely impacted by the cost of living crisis. If you would prefer you can chose a specific registered charity that you would like Creative Support to make the donation to.
