For Creative Support the welfare and health of our service users, staff and any third-party workers are our highest priority and we will continue to follow Public Health England and NHS advice. As part of this we are in the process of reviewing and rolling out our services business continuity plans including loss of staffing and supply chains; promoted the NHS handwashing guidance and all staff will have received guidance on COVID-19 via our internal systems by 13/03/2020. All Creative Support managers have already received operational guidance on managing COVID-19 in residential and social care situations. We continue to monitor the situation closely.
