As part of this we are in the process of reviewing and rolling out our services business continuity plans including loss of staffing and supply chains; promoted the NHS handwashing guidance and all staff will have received guidance on COVID-19 via our internal systems by 13/03/2020. All Creative Support managers have already received operational guidance on managing COVID-19 in residential and social care situations. We continue to monitor the situation closely.
