
Senior Support Worker
We are looking to recruit a warm, motivated individual, with leadership qualities to assist in leading a team of support workers in one of our Supported Living projects. The role will involve the day-to-day coordination of a person centred service with the target to meet the needs of the service users. You will have the responsibility of ensuring the overall quality of service provision and liaise closely with other professionals and agencies in respect of referrals, care plans and reviews. You will need to be highly committed to excellent communication with our tenants, their families and all stakeholders. You must have a professional approach with the ability to supervise and guide our staff team to deliver a consistently responsive and personalised service.

We are looking for calm, resourceful and energetic individuals who are well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our friendly team. You will provide person-centred care and support to service users accessing our respite to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to enjoy a wide range of activities. You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for variety of people we support.
