Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Support Coordinator within our Manchester Personlisation mental health recovery services in Northenden, Manchester.
This post is an ideal opportunity to become involved in dynamic and varied recovery services that give real job satisfaction whilst utilising your experience in a coordinator position. You will have excellent line management support from the CQC registered manager.
The service has bene running for over 20 years and provides high level support to males with established diagnoses and enduring mental health issues and some dual diagnosis. The role is varied and enjoyable. This is a great opportunity for a progressing manager and leader.
Creative Support has been delivering mental health services in South Manchester for 30 years. You will be part of the team that embodies that experience whilst contribute to your valued skills to our future development. You will be given full training, induction and support to do the role.
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, inclusive, organised and caring individual with leadership qualities to support people to move on to greater independence.
Practically you will support males with long term mental health issues in a long term service. The role will involve practical assistance with daily living develop a wide range of activities that promote well being. You will work flexible shifts on a rota to meet individual needs in a personalised way. The rota will be set four weeks in advance. Experience of supervising staff is desirable. Prior experience and possession of a relevant qualification is desirable.
