We are a busy and dynamic national charity with a track record in providing high quality, person-centred support looking for a recruitment and development officer to work across our Warwickshire services. If you enjoy speaking to people and really making a role your own this could be for you, we are looking for someone who will support our recruitment and development efforts in the area. We deliver incredible services that we are really proud of and you would be central to making sure we recruit a diverse workforce to support the people we work with. An existing knowledge of the people we support would be an advantage as you will be passionate about showcasing our services and the opportunities available. The role is varied and you will be able to plan your own workload to some extent, you may be coordinating recruitment events and developing a system one day whilst responding to enquiries, CV vetting and checking recruitment paperwork the next. You will be happy to respond flexibly to where the need is greatest and attend one of our five new build services when there is a need where you will be guaranteed a warm welcome.

If you would like to have an informal chat about the role in more detail we would be happy to hear from you, please contact Tracey Findley, Service Development Manager 07890063025

A genuine interest in and awareness of the wider social care sector is desirable. Continuous professional development will be provided but you must be able to work independently and flexibly to meet the goals and changing needs of the organisation.

Your base in Warwickshire is negotiable at interview, however there will be the requirement to travel to services.

This year Creative Support is celebrating its 30th year of delivering care and support to individuals across England. You will be part of our Stockport based Head Office operation that has and will continue to work to provide not-for-profit based support that gives everyone the Opportunity to be themselves, the Choice to make decisions over their lives and advocates for the Wellbeing of everyone.
