Creative Support is looking for a caring, dynamic and highly motivated person to help manage Danesfield House which is currently a Good CQC rated independent supported living service supporting fifteen individuals with learning disabilities and additional support needs.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our organisation to work with our established staff team as project manager.  You must be able to lead a team with confidence and provide clear guidance, supervision and support to team members. You will be able to communicate positively and professionally with the families of the people we support, their advocates and other agencies. The service is staffed 24 hours a day with waking night support and also involves 1:1 support and applicants must be able to work flexibly in accordance to the needs of the service.

The role:

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery and daily operational management of the service and for ensuring that contract requirements and standards are met.

Specific duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supervision, coaching, performance management and support of staff
  • Identifying training needs of the team both mandatory and service specific, ensuring that accurate records are kept
  • Responding to referrals and undertaking initial assessments of needs
  • Ensuring there are clear goals and expected outcomes for each resident with a defined pathway towards greater independence

You must be able to lead a team with confidence and provide clear guidance, supervision and support to your team members. You will be able to communicate positively and professionally with the families of the people we support, their advocates and other agencies.
