High Intensity User Service Lead
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our new service starting in Knowsley.
The purpose of the Knowsley HIU service is to provide an alternative access point for people requiring out of hours support when experiencing negative symptoms of mental or physical illness which may result in crisis if support is not received. The service should work as a safety net so that people do not have to access A&E with the focus being on reducing crisis occurring by early intervention techniques and adequate support provisions.
You will be able to travel across the Knowsley region, work flexibly and ideally have an awareness of local and national Health and Social Care policy. You will be an excellent communicator and be a bright, focused individual, dedicated to building robust professional relationships with our regional offices, your team members and stakeholders. A health and social care background and/or a training background and a high level of IT and literacy skills will be beneficial to the successful applicant.
