Benefits

At Creative Support we offer fulfilling and rewarding careers in the care sector. We value our employees and show our appreciation through offering excellent learning and development opportunities, a range of benefits and a staff reward scheme.

“You’ve got to pinch yourself sometimes, you can’t believe this is your job. You never go home worrying about work or have the Monday morning blues.” Joanne Robson, support worker.

Staff Development and Training

We offer excellent professional training packages and qualifications, supporting our employees to reach their full academic and professional potential. We believe this feeds into the quality of our services and enhances the lives of our people.

Reward Scheme

Creative Support employees have access to the MyRewards scheme, offering a number of discounts at restaurants, cinemas, health clubs and travel companies. The scheme features savings with companies like Odeon cinemas, Alton Towers, Starbucks and Pizza Express.

Flexible Working

We offer a large number of full and part-time positions and a variety of shift patterns across the organisation allowing the flexibility to fit work around your family and lifestyle. We also offer up to five days paid carers leave to support staff who have caring responsibilities.

Out of Hours Assistance

We operate a 24/7 Duty Manager Support Desk so all our employees have access to advice and support from senior staff throughout their shift, even when their line manager is unavailable.

Employee Assistant Programme and Counselling Service

We understand the pressures involved with being a care worker and provide all staff with access to a confidential support service. The Employee Assistance Programme offers telephone and online legal, financial and other advice as well as telephone and face-to-face counselling.

Pension

After three months service you will automatically be enrolled into our auto-enrolment pension scheme with The People’s Pension, provided you are over 21 and earn at least the minimum earning threshold stipulated by the government. If you choose to leave the pension scheme you can do so by opting in writing. However, we are legally obliged to enrol you again every three years.
