External Delegate Training Terms and Conditions

1.1 Delegates are expected to behave in a professional and appropriate manner when attending training. If a delegate fails to do so they may be asked to leave the training course. The cost of the training place will still be charged.

1.2 If a delegate arrives late for a training course they may not be accepted on the course. The cost of the training place will still be charged.

1.3 We must be informed of cancellations 3 days before the course date for last minute bookings and 7 days prior for advance bookings. If a cancellation is made later than the time frames outlined above the full course charge will still be applied.

1.4 If a delegate is unable to attend we will accept another staff member from the same organisation in their place. However, we must be informed of the name change prior to the course date.

1.5 It may occasionally be necessary for us to cancel a course. In such an event payment for the course will be suspended. If we are forced to cancel a training course or event on the day it is due to run we will reimburse travel expenses upon receipt.

1.6 Lunch will not be provided. However, refreshments will be made available throughout the day.

1.7 If a delegate arrives for a training for which we have not confirmed their place they may not be accepted on to the training course or may be charged for the place at an advanced booking fee rate.

1.8 If a delegate has to leave a training course due to personal circumstances, work commitments or other events that may arise the booking charge will still apply.

1.9 All delegates must behave in a manner which adheres to health and safety regulations, equality and anti-discriminatory legislation and respects data protection and confidentiality.

1.10 I agree to abide by Creative Support’s Confidentiality Policy and Code of Conduct and Practice Policy.
