September 2020 Exceptional Staff Achieve Q Award Winners!

Creative Support strives to achieve a high-quality service at all times, through our support workers, service managers and teams. Over the last six months, we have seen a great sense of collective purpose to make things work. As we are still living and working through the Covid-19 pandemic we want to continue to recognise the exceptional efforts our staff are making at this time.

Wellington, Kenny and Keith have received this award for the incredible commitment they have demonstrated in delivering exceptional care to a gentleman they supported for several years. It was with great sadness that the young man they supported sadly passed away in July, but prior to him passing away the staff went above and beyond to ensure he was well supported in hospital. The outstanding dedication of the three staff members was praised by family members at the gentleman’s funeral and they were described as being instrumental in the gentleman having a really fulfilled life.
