We require motivated individuals to provide person-centred support to service users with learning disabilities, enabling them to experience a valued life and enjoy opportunities for personal development – participating in community activities, assisting with domestic tasks, and ensuring that development of independence is promoted at all times.

A wide range of interests and personal qualities are required from our support workers to be able to meet the diverse needs of service users.

Working shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, this is both a rewarding and challenging role, for which we provide full support and training. You will undertake NVQ 2 or 3 and the LDQ award with our support. Car driver desirable.

Our services are from the Newbury to Reading area, therefore we require relief staff to be as flexible as possible on location. However we are still eager to receive applications from individuals who may only be able to work in Newbury.
