We need warm, positive people to support service users with a learning disability, mental health needs or other complex needs for our supported living services, outreach, and community based services around the Leicestershire area (Melton Mowbray, Quorn, Sileby or Leicester).
Relevant skills and experience of meeting health and personal care needs and in positively supporting people is desirable although full training will be provided. You must be person centred, reliable and able to work shifts including sleep-ins.

We require qualified nurses to join our pool of relief staff. You will be willing to work flexibly, and shift patterns and will be determined by the needs of the service. This will include a full range of shifts across a 24 hour period. You will be responsible for the assessment of service users needs, drawing up personal support plans and risk assessments. You will assist service users to make choices and lead their lives as part of their local community.
