Short Job Description:

Our city wide service offers an enablement and recovery focused support service to adults and older adults living in their own homes and who experience fluctuating Mental Health, memory problems, have a formal mental health diagnosis or live with a formal diagnosis of dementia. The service operates throughout Bradford and the surrounding areas, including Keighley, Bingley and Shipley.

We require warm, positive individuals to promote our person centred ethos and work in close partnership with families and other agencies. The role is diverse. You must be compassionate and able to provide both respectful personal care and personalised support, to aid recovery and enable individuals to remain living within their own homes. Full training is provided. Car drivers essential. Applications are encouraged from graduates and people with life experience as well as experienced care workers from any background seeking a fresh challenge.
