Creative Support is a busy and dynamic national charity with a track record in providing high quality, person centred support services in over 60 Local Authorities.

We are seeking a well organised individual with a passion for quality in the delivery of social care services within our Stockport town centre based Head Office. You will be responsible for investigating complaints and completing written reports including the monitoring of any action plans. You must demonstrate an eye for detail and report writing skills as well as listening, interviewing and communication skills. We are looking for a candidate with an energetic and solution focused approach, with excellent interdepartmental working and partnership skills.

A relevant social care professional qualification is desirable however relevant experience in customer care, communication and conflict resolution is preferred and you must be willing to travel nationally.
