Short Job Description:

We require warm, positive and dedicated individuals to work in our learning disability and complex needs supported living service in Market Harborough.

You will need to be enthusiastic about communicating with and supporting people in a person centered manner. Working alongside our dedicated team you will provide personal, practical, emotional and social support to individuals with learning disabilities who have limited communication, enabling them to have a great quality of life as important and valued members of the local community. Relevant skills and experience are essential for this role. You must be person centred, reliable and able to work shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. Car drivers are preferred in order to drive service user cars but not essential.
