Short Job Description:

Creative Support is a vibrant and progressive national charity delivering high quality person centred outcome focused services.

Our Stoke and North Staffordshire Learning Disability Service is looking for a flexible, highly motivated individual to work alongside the dedicated highly skilled staff team of a service providing support to adults with learning disabilities in the local area.

You will be required to facilitate the day to day management of the service including, effective rota management, staff supervision and provision of direct, hands on support. The role involves the completion of effective person centred assessments; support planning and effective risk assessments as well as liaising with families, professionals and other external stakeholders. You will be expected to be involved fully in the monitoring and auditing of the service in line with CQC standards.

Relevant experience is essential for this role; a full clean driving licence is desirable.
