Short Job Description:

Do you want to join our staff team supporting three individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs to live life to the full?

Creative Support enables three people with learning disabilities and complex needs who live in their own shared tenancy to lead meaningful lives. You will be required to support them with all aspects of their support in their own home (personal care, support at mealtimes), and in the community (swimming, gym, concerts, gym, sailing, meals out).

You will be joining an established professional team working a 24/7 rota.
You will have excellent skills in working with people who have specialist communication needs.
You must be fit and physically able to support people with limited mobility.

We will support your continuous development by providing accredited training courses. We will provide opportunities for you to undertake QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care level 3.
The role involves regular shifts, weekend work and occasional sleep-in duties (for which an allowance is paid).

We would be very keen to hear from you if you are able to drive people’s own Motability vehicles (although this is not a requirement for all posts). Although previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, if you have the right values and passion to make a difference, we are keen to hear from you.
