Short Job Description:

Creative Support is a non-profit provider of person centred care and support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people. We are looking for a Registered Manager for our service to people with learning disabilities in the Warwick and Stratford area.

Napton House is a supported living service with extra care located in Warwick offering accommodation to 15 tenants with learning disabilities. St James Mews in Stratford on Avon offers supported living services across 6 individual town houses for tenants with lower level support needs. The Registered Manager would be responsible of oversight of both services with support from a senior team.

Additionally, the Registered Manager will supervise, mentor and manage a team of staff providing person centred support to enable service users to maintain their independence, experience improved wellbeing and enjoy opportunities for personal development. To ensure that all staff work in a positive, person centred and anti-discriminatory manner, ensuring the rights of service users are respected at all times.

You will be the named Registered Manager for the service with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and ensure that the service is provided in accordance with the service specification and service contract, complying with all monitoring and evaluation requirements. You will demonstrate the quality and effectiveness of the service through seeking feedback from service users and stakeholders, collating positive outcomes and ensuring the quality of service delivery.
