At 6 months (24 weeks) of employment you will meet with your line manager to complete your EPR. This is where your performance will be evaluated and you will discuss whether you have met all the requirements of your probationary period.
The elements you must have met by the time you get to your EPR are:
- The completion of the knowledge elements of the Care Certificate
- The Observations of Practice for the Care Certificate
- Any mandatory training which is appropriate for your service
- The application of the skills and behaviour required by your manager
