Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy


As part of our Happy and Healthy challenge we are encouraging you to drink plenty of water. We recommend that you try to have six to eight glasses a day!

Why drink water?

  • Water has no calories and contains no sugars that can damage your teeth
  • Helps digestion
  • Stops dehydration.
  • Improves skin, hair and nails
  • Water regulates the body’s temperature
  • Prevent headaches and illness
  • Improves mood and wellbeing

If you don’t like the taste of plain water, try adding fresh fruit. For example, a slice of lemon!
