December is Customer Care Month at Creative Support!
Customer Care Month 2013 will highlight the importance of good customer care and celebrate the many achievements of staff, service users and volunteers.
Customer Care Month will introduce The Creative Way, look at complaints, set out Creative Support’s customer care strategy for 2014 and name this year’s Customer Care Heroes!
