Quality Forum 2013

Creative Support service users and staff are invited to attend our third annual Quality Forum on Friday 22nd November from 11am – 3pm at our Birmingham Office (Water Street).

The aims of the forum are:

  • To provide an open forum for staff, service users and members of our Board of Trustees to discuss and plan for excellent quality services and approaches
  • To find out how quality is important to you across our range of services
  • To present information about the work of the quality team and feedback from the past year
  • To discuss future quality initiatives and encourage everyone to get involved
