Policy Review Group – December 2013
Our next Policy Review Group is taking place on Wednesday 11th December at our Slough Office, as part of Customer Care Month. At this meeting we will be discussing the Complaints and Suggestions Policy.
You can also get involved by completing the Key Questions form and returning by email to Simon Stott. This could be done individually or as part of a service user meeting. If we receive your responses by Friday 6th December they will be included in the Policy Review Group discussions.
