2012 Review of the Year
Here are four of our brightest 2012 highlights:
Our football league went from strength to strength in partnership with Blackburn Rovers Community Trust and the Vicvale Vikings from Cumbria were victorious in our popular annual 5-a-side tournament. We also raised funds for Sport Relief and organised athletic events in honour of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games.
All over the country our projects commemorated the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee with patriotic parties, and we’re already looking forward to welcoming William and Kate’s royal baby in the summer of 2013!
Girls and Boys Come Out to Play!
For the second year in a row we held a successful event in celebration of International Women’s Day. We also marked International Men’s Day for the very first time with two days of discussions and performances. And we showed our commitment to diversity and support for the LGBT community with our biggest and best ever float in the Manchester Pride parade.
Our art exhibition toured the country showcasing masterpieces by our service users! You can see a selection of the works featured in our latest calendar. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to order your copy!
