Service User Achievement Awards – September’s Winner Announced!
Congratulation’s to Zoe from Bury, the winner of this month’s Service User Achievement Award. She was nominated by Gill, who said:
“I have supported Zoe for over 12 months now. She is unaware of what a talented, caring and giving person she is. She is a talented poet and I have recently encouraged her to publish a poem. She and her mum are now swimming together, fundraising for charity, and supporting each other through hard times. Zoe has become a more confident and happy person, and is more trustworthy”.
She will receive £50 gift voucher in recognition of his success!
Other highly commended nominees included Adrian from Telford who has been attending college independently, Caroline from Chorley who has been socialising with other service users on holiday in Wales, Christopher from Newbury who has written and recorded a song which has been included on a compilation CD, and Jeremy from Liverpool for working hard to support charities in his local area and improve the garden he shares with other tenants. They will each receive a £10 gift voucher.
