Staff training opportunity
The National Skills Academy for Social Care is the national employer-led organisation shaping leadership development in the adult care sector. They currently have a new programme to develop Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) leaders in adult social care. This offers an innovative new approach in supporting participants to develop their careers. There are 30 free places on this project for BAME managers who already manage a group of services (ie Service Manager level and above).
