Autism Friendly Cinema Opportunity

The ODEON cinemas are putting on special screenings of Mr Popper’s Penguins (PG) at 37 of their cinemas on Thursday 11th August. This is the UK’s first nationwide ‘Autism Friendly Films’ initiative.

Jim Carrey plays Mr Popper in this family comedy about a businessman who doesn’t know anything about the important things in life! This all changes when he inherits six penguins who turn his smart apartment into a snowy winter wonderland and cause havoc in the rest of his life as well. Along the way, they teach him valuable lessons about families … human and other.

At these special screenings you will be able to watch Mr Popper’s Penguins (PG) in an autism and learning disability friendly environment; lights and sound on low, freedom to move around the cinema and the option to bring your own food and drink.
