Money Matters Award Winner 2010: Michael Taylor

When we started supporting Michael 7 months ago he had lots of debts and was not paying any of his bills. He has worked with staff to build a relationship of trust and confidence so that he can receive the support he needs and wants.

Recently, when Michael received a bill, rather than ignoring it as he used to, he had the confidence to contact the company himself and even set up a payment plan and direct debit with no staff support. He has progressed so much in such a short time it is great.
