Alongside thousands of supporters across the country, some of Creative Support’s head office staff joined the Race for Life in June, at Heaton Park. Maria, our speed queen from Housing ran it in just under 24 minutes and came 4th in the overall race.
The other runners came in at a respectable 35 minutes or thereabouts and some people walked the walk in a social amble with the other participants. Our runners and walkers were Carol, Mahbuba, Michelle, Ann Louise, Maria, Gemma, Kellyanne, Nicola, Olivia and Wendy. Between them they raised £500 for Cancer Research UK. CONGRATULATIONS!
